Essentials of Leadership & Management Program

This leadership program emphasizes team interaction, communication, problem-solving, personal reflection, and peer coaching. Topics within the program provide the earner with immediate tools and skills to apply in the workplace. The curriculum relies heavily on case studies and business simulations to offer timely, relevant and specific application to the modern organization. This program provides 60 hours of education or 6 credit units.

Earners completed a rigorous set of modules starting with a personalized DiSC assessment, Conflict & Resiliency, Building and Sustaining High-Performance Teams, Improving Emotional Intelligence, Performance and Talent Management, Understanding Business Finance, Unconscious Bias, Employment Law, Diversity and Inclusion, and Effective Coaching. Additional topics are also discussed.
