Earners completed coursework on evaluation of post-training behavior change. They demonstrated the ability to analyze and identify behaviors critical to positively impacting a targeted business goal. They evidenced the ability to analyze a work environment to detect potential obstacles to behavior change and propose mitigating solutions. They successfully developed a Level 3 Evaluation Proposal to measure behavior change and to recommend a support package to provide incentives for that change.
