Earning Criteria

  • Business Model Canvas - Create a one-page Business Model Canvas populating each of the nine (9) blocks of the canvas with at least three (3) bullet points appropriate to each block.
  • Develop a Minimum Viable Product, that is, a physical and virtual mockup, prototype, or other tool by which you can learn the most important insights from your customer, for the least cost, in the shortest amount of time.
  • Craft pro forma financial statements covering the next 3 years, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.
