Earning Criteria

• This individual has been assessed in 4 key areas: Culinary, Food Safety, People and Business. They have successfully completed a 2 hour multiple choice e-volve test
• This individual has on the job experience preparing, cooking and undertaking finishing methods to produce advanced dishes. They have successfully completed 4 hour practical observation in the workplace
• This individual has on the job experience. They have successfully completed a 3 hour culinary challenge
• This individual has undergone observation and discussion from an assessor with industry experience. They have successfully passed the criteria known as professional discussion
