Earning Criteria

• This individual has on the job experience planning and preparing meals from adapted recipes. They have successfully completed a formal presentation of these meals for restaurant guests.  
• This individual has on the job experience managing kitchen stock. They have successfully completed a formal order and inspected the received stock.
• This individual has on the job experience developing new dishes and devising a restaurant menu. They have successfully completed implementation of these recipes including detailed cost management. 
• This individual has on the job experience leading and managing apprentice employees. They have successfully completed both formal and informal apprentice meetings.
• This individual has on the job experience customer service and serving food and drinks. They have successfully completed a formal presentation of serving for restaurant guests.
