Boardroom to Classroom with AOTA
The Student Occupational Therapy Association meeting will be held to give students the opportunity to meet with a board member from the American Occupational Therapy Association and ask questions related to the profession of occupational therapy. Topics to be discussed include: Advocacy and Current Factors Affecting Occupational Therapy, Articulating Occupational Therapy's Distinct Value, and Leadership Opportunities. Students will be allowed to ask the speaker questions regarding these topics.

Earning Criteria

After the meeting session, participants will complete a reflection/quiz regarding the meeting and the content discussed to demonstrate increased knowledge gained. A minimum score of 70% is required to earn the credential.
