The mastery credential (optional) requires a new workplace application, practice, or initiative designed to influence change within the institution. Participants will receive a certificate of completion and recognition of the ODI website and at a celebratory luncheon.

Earning Criteria

  • A meeting will be hosted with learners interested in obtaining the Mastery Level to discuss the expectations of this project. Trainees will be awarded the Mastery Level digital badge after the implementation of their diversity project.
