A certified Six Sigma Black Belt has proven to run at least two DMAIC optimization projects with a team largely independently and successfully. They have indepth knowledge of tools along the Six Sigma DMAIC cycle, change tools and statistical methods. They can transfer knowledge from toolset to mindset and facilitate teams, if necessary with the support of a MBB. Through a systematic approach using the DMAIC cycle, they can create high value to identify potential for improvement.
