A certified LSS Green Belt has proven to run at least one DMAIC optimization project largely independently with the support of a Master Black Belt / Black Belt. He/she has knowledge of the DMAIC cycle for process optimization (without statistical methods). He/she is able to facilitate and apply the imparted knowledge into teams. By proceeding systematically with DMAIC, the GB can bring the necessary transparency to processes in order to identify potential for improvement.
