A certified LSS Yellow Belt has basic knowledge of the DMAIC cycle for process optimization (without statistical methods and with a focus on simple process optimization tools) and is able to carry out small workshops or improvement projects according to the DMAIC cycle in parts independently - with the appropriate support of a higher LSS Belt level. The benefit is that a LSS YB can additionally effectively support the success of an process improvement team as a qualified team member.
