A Six Sigma Black Belt has indepth knowledge of tools along the Six Sigma DMAIC cycle, change tools and related statistical methods. They can transfer knowledge from toolset to mindset and facilitate teams, if necessary with the support of a MBB. Through a systematic approach using the DMAIC cycle, they can create high value to identify potential for improvement.
