A trained LSS Green Belt can run DMAIC optimization projects largely independently with the support of a Master Black Belt / Black Belt. He/she has knowledge of the DMAIC cycle for process optimization (without statistical methods). He/she is able to facilitate and apply the imparted knowledge into teams, if necessary with the support of a MBB/BB. By proceeding systematically with DMAIC, the GB can bring the necessary transparency to processes in order to identify potential for improvement.
