SEED is an online Co-Curricular Leadership Certificate Series that enables UNC-Chapel Hill students to explore leadership through the lens of the Social Change Model of Leadership Development. The Character certificate enables students to explore their personal understanding of themselves and their leadership identity.

Earning Criteria

They completed four different asynchronous course modules with graded reflection. There will also be a in-person component to complete the module.
