Earning Criteria

Participate in 4 Workshops: Unconscious Bias, Gender and Sexuality (LGBTQ+ Safe Space Program), Race and Racism, Class and Classism
Participate in at least three approved events: At least 1 Social Justice (for example a Rally, Protest, City Hall meeting, Dr. MLK Celebration, etc.); At least 1 Service Learning Project (for example UNE Day of Service, volunteer at Food Bank, Boys and Girls Club, etc.); Attend at least 1 Spiritual place other than one you identify with (for example, a mosque, Pow Wow, Quaker service, Wiccan ceremony) Diversity Lecture Series, or other intercultural/diversity themed events
Write reflections on each workshop or event and submit a final reflection by completing prompts that demonstrate understanding of cultural humility, strategies for changing oppressive structures, and advocacy/allyship
