They should be able to: 1) Understand difference of functional and non-functional requirements and how they are documented. 2) Quickly develop a high-level understanding of the application system and external influencers that pertain to an assigned project. 3) Understand most business requirements/user stories and what falls in scope within the project. 4) Understand recommended design/architecture, and current state vs future state, for simple projects. 5) Identify system requirement impacts on current state for simple projects with the help of peers or supervisor. 6) Identify where to make requirement changes or type of document needed with the help of peers or supervisor. 7) Perform simple analysis to answer basic system questions. 8) Demonstrate basic knowledge of tools used for analysis and documentation (Polarion, SQL Developer, SharePoint). 9) Consistently adhere to application documentation standards and SA processes. Utilizes more than one of the following SA tools for an assigned project of simple (Polarion, SharePoint, SQL Navigator).

Successfully complete multiple (2+) SA assignments for simple to medium projects, delivering high quality results and writing new requirements for at least one of the assignments.
