They should be able to: 1) Demonstrate a proficient level of understanding of most system applications and external influencers. 2) Understand all business requirements/user stories and what falls in scope within the project. 3) Understand recommended design/architecture for all level projects and recommend/influence design for simple to medium projects. 4) Independently identify system requirement impacts, where to make changes, and document types needed for all level projects. 5) Identifies requirement inconsistencies, poor quality requirements, and incorrect requirements in existing documentation and makes corrections for the good of the document. 6) Perform analysis to answer most system questions and solve simple production issues. 7) Make self known as “go to” resource for questions on some systems and SA processes. 8) Demonstrate in depth knowledge of tools used for analysis and documentation (Polarion, SQL Developer, SharePoints).
