Earning Criteria

They should be able to: 1) Demonstrate an advanced level of understanding of most system applications and external influencers. 2) Provide estimates of system impacts. 3) Consistently recommend and influence design/architecture for medium to highly complex level projects. 4) Consistently identify roadblocks/issues that might lead to a negative impact and recommend solutions. 5) Independently handles multiple complex projects at one time. 6) Identifies poor quality documents and will rewrite or reorganize large parts of documents for the good of the document. 7) Make self known as “go to” resource for questions on most systems and all SA processes. 8) Perform analysis to answer complex system questions and solve complex production issues. 9) Train others on tools, recommend new tools, and provide support of existing tools used by SAs. 10) Train others how to identify system requirement impacts and identify where to make requirement changes. 11) Train others on types of documentation utilized (use cases, B2Bs, interface diagrams, use case diagrams, process flows). 12) Recommend new ways of documenting requirements. 13) Recommend new documentation standards and SA processes. 14) Interview and evaluate resources to hire as SAs or evaluate performance of entry level SAs.

Independently complete multiple (2+) SA assignments for complex projects at the same time, delivering high quality results.

Train and mentor at least one resource in all aspects of being an SA (tools, analysis and documenting).
