Learners participated in five interactive virtual workshops, which introduced the Emergency-to-Crisis continuum and identified and studied specific international risks. Strategies for risk mitigation and institutional crisis organization were discussed in small groups. Using this information, learners created a Crisis Response Plan for an institution/organization of their choosing with feedback from their colleagues and review by the instructor for clarity, relevancy and effectiveness.
