Module 1 - Culturally Responsive Needs Assessment of Workplace Climate - Helps learners identify the best assessment strategies for understanding their organization's climate. Participants are introduced to key assessment strategies which provide a representative context of organizational climate. Participants learn proven techniques and practices for assessing the views, attitudes, and sentiments of stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Module 2 - Best Practices for DEIS Strategic Planning - Provides learners with effective DEIS strategic planning methods that ensure measurable, meaningful, and enduring organizational outcomes. Learners are able to clearly differentiate actions from strategies and will gain the information needed to play a facilitative role in organizational DEIS development and positive change.

Module 3 - Effective Diverse Talent Acquisition Strategies – Learners develop talent acquisition and recruiting strategies that help them realize their organization's aspirational talent acquisition goals. This module focuses on intentional, high impact practices that are evidenced based, measurable, and enduring. Participants walk away with artifacts and tools that will aid in realizing their diverse talent acquisition goals.
