Develop skills in grant writing and scientific writing 4. Develop skills in scientific presentation. Course Components: Grant Writing Workshops, Work-In-Progress Series, Community of Scholars Seminars, Distinguished Speaker Seminars, and Scientific Communication Core Competency Series (5 workshops).

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Learning Objectives: 1. Develop skills and knowledge relating to career advancement in clinical and translational science including Leadership, Mentoring, Teaching, Promotion and Tenure, and Team Science. Course Components: Professional Development Workshop Series, Mentor-Protégé Mentoring Workshops, and at least 4 Core Competencies (RCR, Scientific Communication, BERD Bootcamp and one elective)
