Offered by the School of Social Work, this micro-credential focuses s on the unique and distinct needs, issues and concerns that are experienced by people with serious illnesses and resulting disabilities. Through a combination of academic coursework and experiential opportunities, badge earners will develop the skills for practice with people who have serious mental and/or physical illnesses, and intellectual, developmental and other disabilities across the continuum of care.
