Earning Criteria

Minimum 2 years student services experience; minimum of 1 year at UCM in primary advising role.

Credentialed in the administration and interpretation of learning diagnostics and career assessments.

Must be nominated by their supervisor, having demonstrated creativity, initiative, and actively participate/collaborate within the Success Advising team environment.

They must demonstrate engagement in appropriate and ethical decision-making and exhibit an advanced cultural awareness and understanding.

Must be fluent in academic advising technologies such as, Achieve E2E, MyCentral, MySchedule, Banner, Degree Works, TES/Tranfer Articulation, Blackboard Learning Management System, SLATE, etc.
