Earners of the Coaching & Mentoring badge have completed UCO's Coaching and Mentoring the Adult Learner course through the Master of Education in Adult and Higher Education program. Earners have an understanding of basic helping skills, knowledge of types of coaching, and theories of coaching and mentoring adults in corporate, non-profit, and educational settings.
