Students can earn this micro-credential by completing UCO’s CMSC 4343/5343 Cyber Operations course, which introduces the core concepts and hands-on techniques used in penetration testing, vulnerability discovery, and cyber operations. Students will learn about vulnerabilities—what they are, how to discover them, and how to exploit them. Using this knowledge, they will practice secure system and software hardening.
