Leadership UCO (LUCO) is an annual program in which participants will develop foundational personal and professional leadership expertise and skills. The curriculum focuses on five core content areas: Self-Development, Leadership Essentials, Communication, Group Dynamics, Inclusive Leadership, and Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving.
