During the 9-month Management Development Program course (MDP) participants learned and applied new supervisory knowledge and methods to strengthen their management competencies. The MDP is designed to enhance skill sets and prepare supervisors for success as they lead at UCO. Successful supervisors embrace a mindset of continuous development and strive to master supervisory competencies and effectively guide and empower others to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.
