This micro-credential is embedded in UCO’s CIED 5383 Pedagogical Theories, Practices, and Child Development academic course. Earners of the micro-credential have demonstrated an understanding of a variety of pedagogical theories and can use them to analyze instructional decisions. Earners can apply these theories in developmentally appropriate ways to advance the development of children in PreK-6th grades. Students must earn an overall grade of B or higher to earn the micro-credential.
