HR Development Program
The badge earner can demonstrate the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to be successful as an HR professional role within a university. Participants will gain key skills related to CU specific HR functions such as Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Operations. In addition, it provides courses that match core competencies recommended by SHRM for HR professionals in the areas of communication, HR fundamentals, problem-solving, time management, and emotional intelligence.
