The Forever Buffs Network Mentorship Program badge recognizes and celebrates the achievements of volunteer alumni and community mentors. This annual program provides an opportunity for alumni and students to foster meaningful relationships that will set mentees up for success in their future careers and life beyond CU. Mentors share their professional and personal experience and expertise to help provide the support their mentees need to achieve their goals and expand their networks.

Earning Criteria

Must complete a full cycle of a Forever Buffs Network mentorship program, including the completion of all associated milestones using the Forever Buffs Network. Milestones are checked off using the mentorship settings on the platform.

Mentors who earn this badge have demonstrated their willingness to volunteer and devote their time and energy to advise and coach a fellow Forever Buff. Mentors serve a role in the professional and personal development of mentees. They help mentees navigate challenges, set goals, learn professional behavior and identify the options ahead of them. Through regular connection and intentional interactions, mentors can have a long-term impact on their mentee, as recognized by this badge.
