Earning Criteria

• Successful completion of Intermediate Managerial Finance, Corporate Valuation, and International Financial Markets courses or equivalent at the University of Dallas Satish & Gupta College of Business.
• Completion of  case studies in making financial decisions on capital budgeting, DCF analysis, hybrid financing, refinancing and leasing.
• Completion of business simulation to manage all aspects of financial issues of a multinational corporation,  to explore international opportunities and risks on exchange rate fluctuations.
• Successful completion of Blackstone simulation on valuation methods including capital cash flow and equity cash flow methods, LBO Models, deal structuring/financing, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions strategy, and negotiation.
