Earning Criteria

Successful completion of the Effective Leader workshop, created for the Catholic Diocese of Dallas, requires attendance at all in-person training sessions, completion of all assignments and active participation throughout the workshop.
Completion of multiple assessments conducted during the workshop.
Participation during the workshop in all discussions. The discussions are professor-led and will augment learning while allowing participants to immediately practice and hone new skills.
