Session 1: Understanding diversity and inclusion in relation to customer/client services and the workplace, including implicit biases and microaggressions.

Session 2: Understanding types of diversity and developing cultural competencies. Topics include race, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religion, ability status, and age.
