In order to earn credit for this course, participants must complete/submit all course quizzes and achieve an overall grade of 70% or higher. Upon successful completion of all coursework, participants must complete a course evaluation form. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion.

This program is approved for 16.0 general hours of continuing education for Consultant Pharmacist licensure renewal by the Florida Board of Pharmacy.
