Earner has completed a semester-long course on facilitating intercultural learning, during which they cultivated professional relationships with other cohort members from various UF colleges and acquired tools necessary to effectively engage students, colleagues, and others in intercultural learning. They also developed an action plan to incorporate or enhance intercultural learning in their work with students, colleagues, or other learners.
