Aligns with with the UF Leadership Competency Model, specifically the Create and Communicate Vision criteria.
Earners have successfully attended and completed assignments throughout the course and delivered a final presentation.
Participants are employees of the University of Florida at the time of taking this course. They apply to the course and need supervisor approval.
