Leadership Skills
Students achieving the UH College of Technology Leadership skills badge are able to think and act as an effective leader. They have acquired the different skill sets that make an effective leader, and will be able to demonstrate them throughout their time as an officer of a College of Technology student organization. Recipients are skilled in engaging audiences through teamwork, understanding and leadership.

Earning Criteria

Students will participate in a two day workshop, during this time they will engage with different experts that will teach them about different areas of becoming an effective leader.
