Green Belts lead small-medium Lean Six Sigma project teams and/or support project teams led by Black Belts to help their organizations improve efficiency and reduce variability in all types of processes. As a Green Belt, you are able to use the Lean Six Sigma methodology to identify opportunities for improvement, map processes, collect and analyze data, identify root causes, and implement process changes.
