Green Belts lead small-medium Lean Six Sigma project teams and/or support project teams led by Black Belts to help their organizations improve efficiency and reduce variability in all types of processes. As a trained Green Belt, you have the knowledge to apply appropriate Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to identify opportunities for improvement, map processes, collect and analyze data, identify root causes, and implement process changes.
