Based on the Predictive project development process groups of the PMBOK Guide 6th EDN. The course teaches students how to manage projects across several industries (Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, Healthcare, Information Tech). Emphasis is on the PMBOK Knowledge Areas (Management of Stakeholders, Scope, Quality, Procurement, Communication, Resource, Time, Cost, Risk, and Integration). Students will progress from project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring/Control, and Closure.
