Moreover, students’ perceptions and experiences strongly affect self-efficacy, motivation, and success. Students bring a range of identities, backgrounds, and experiences into our courses; this badge represents focused work towards fostering educational experiences that offer equitable opportunities for belonging, learning, and success.

Earning Criteria

Participants in the CELT Inclusive Teaching Badge complete three instructional workshops that are either tagged or approved for the badge, a CELT-facilitated student feedback session in one or more courses, and a written reflective statement (as well as pre- and post-surveys).
