This program is designed for College of Business undergraduate students. Students have been involved in co-curricular experiences outside of class that contribute to the three pillars of success: academic, personal, and professional. In these pillars, students completed a set number of activities that helped them to build skills and credentials that employers want to see. Earners of this badge will have demonstrated the ability to understand and apply NACE-inspired career readiness competencies.
