Earners of the Student Mentor badge have been chosen to be the first point of contact for mentees, talk with their mentees on a regular basis to encourage them, answer questions and provide guidance. The student mentor is in good academic standing and is willing to work closely with fellow student mentors. The student mentor presents a positive image of the college to the students and serves as an advocate for the student.
