Diversity Ambassador

Earners of the Diversity Ambassador Badge have made a deep investment in their own learning about diversity and inclusion by participating in multiple 1.5 hour workshops on topics such as unconscious bias, microaggressions, cultural competence, and active listening skills. Badge earners have also created an action plan for implementing learned concepts, continued learning, and promoting diversity and inclusion professional development to colleagues and friends.

Earning Criteria

Participate in at least four Core Concepts series workshops.

Bring at least two people (who were not already planning to attend) to at least one workshop.

Create an action plan for continued learning and sharing learning with colleagues and community.
