Implicit Bias, Stereotype Threat, and Imposter Syndrome Awareness

Badge earners gained an understanding of how implicit bias impacts the way we perceive and treat others. They learned how biases can be internalized in the form of stereotype threat and imposter syndrome, as well as strategies to overcome them within ourselves and to avoid triggering them in others.
