Complete five foundational advising training courses and at least two specialized advising services training courses.

Proficiency in core advising competencies and relevant resources available through NACADA. Earners have also developed a foundation and framework for working with students from diverse backgrounds and experiences and have identified ways to make their advising practices more equitable and inclusive.
