Being Better Prepared to Navigate Classroom and Student DEI Conversations: A Panel Discussion
Issued by
University of North Dakota
For many faculty engaging with students around difficult or politicized topics is anxiety producing. How do we talk with students openly and honestly without fear of making missteps or of being misinterpreted? What policies should we know and what do they look like in practice? What supports exist for faculty if an issue does arise? In this panel discussion we have gathered a group of experts to help faculty be more informed in their approach to these challenges.
