On December 8th, 2021, the Teaching Transformation and Development Academy at the University of North Dakota hosted a DEI panel discussion webinar as a wrap-up to its Fall 2021 DEI book read on Diversity's Promise for Higher Education: Making It Work by Daryl. G. Smith. The author was joined by local and national higher education and workforce development leaders to discuss how to make diversity an imperative in institutions and organizations.
