Mentors Helping Mentors

Mentors helping mentors will emphasize opportunities to learn and grow from both perspectives of mentoring -- that of the students' role as mentees and future mentors. Mentoring is important at all stages of professional development and research supports the value of mentoring at all levels of training from student to faculty. Graduate students will reflect on all aspects of mentoring and develop their own mentoring philosophy/statement.

Earning Criteria

Full participation in three two-hour workshops.
