Navigating Conflict

Participants in this session learn that whether we like it or not, interpersonal conflicts occur every day in the workplace. Participants further learn that while people are uncomfortable with conflict and avoid problem areas with the hope that the issues will just go away, these problems do not disappear. This session teaches participants how to navigate ongoing workplace conflict. This session is offered in partnership with Conflict Management Services out of the Provost's Office.
