The program gives students various opportunities to expand their understanding of leadership and their individual leadership strengths. Our 3 pillars are Educate, Enrich, and Engage. Educate: Students attend sessions designed to teach them various skills through team-building activities and discussion. Enrich: students attend external events designed to further their personal or professional development. Engage: students will be involved in a student organization & complete service hours.
